Your Writers Portal Back Office will allow you to Manage your website pages, update your
Account Information, add/edit your Contact Information, change the Design Template of your website, and View your Page as your visitors would!

Manage My Pages
Easily add and edit pages on your Manage My Pages page! To add a new page, simply
click the "Add Page" button, fill in the content of the page, and move it to the position
that you would like to see it on your navigation. You can very easily hide the page from
view if you would not like to display it for a temporary amount of time, or remove the
page completely!

Account Information
Change any of your billing information, name, or address. Perhaps you changed
your writing genre. Change it all here. You have control of your account 24/7.

Contact Display Information
Your Contact Information is important to your website because it helps people recognize you and contact you with ease. You can
display a photo, your phone number and email address. The visitors to
your website will love being greeted by your smiling face!

Design Templates
Make your website match your genre of writing and personal style by browsing our library of professional design templates. It's as easy as 1-2-3 to choose them
- click "Design Templates" in the left-hand navigation, choose your genre, browse through our library and select the design that best suits
your personality!

Your Writers Portal Back Office has a fully functional Webmail system that you can access
anywhere and anytime with an available Internet connection. Our Webmail is much like
Microsoft Outlook.

You can check your Inbox, set up Signatures, and create Contacts and Groups. You can also
set up Auto Responders, Email Forwarding, and much, much more! Your email address
will be your usename that you sign up with (also known as your URL) ex:
yourusername@writersportal.org.

You can even forward the emails that come into your Writers Portal Inbox to your
Microsoft Outlook Inbox making all of your emails appear in one Inbox or forward to another email address you manage.

My Resources |

In your Writers Portal, you'll have a section to search, view and save your favorite
resource vendors including agents, artists, printers, publishers and suppliers. It's easy to search
and view our listings and to save them for your use, all you have to do is check a box! It's that simple
to get connected to those who can get you started with a successful writing career.

Search Resources
Simply click on either the Search links on the left-hand navigation, or the magnifying
glass to the right of each Resource category. You will be taken to a library of all listings
in that category. To refine your search, simply fill in the search fields provided and click
"Search". You'll then see the listings that are specific to your search. |

Saving Your Favorites
To save your favorite Resources, click the check box to the right of the Resource listing and
then click "Update". Your selection will be saved and you can view them by clicking either the icon to the left of
the Resource category, or clicking the Resource category itself. It could be important to save a Resource's information
- if they are not accepting submissions at the time of your initial search, they could be in the future. So check back
regularly!

My Calendar |

Your Writers Portal Calendar will display public writing events, as well as your personal
events so that your visitors can see what you're up to. It also helps keep you informed and organized!

|
Resource Calendar of Events
Writersportal.org will keep you informed of all known public events in the writing industry. If an event
is around your area, we encourage you to attend! When clicking on the "Resource Calendar" link in the left-hand navigation you'll be taken to a list view of all planned
events. To open an event, click the Event Name link and details will appear.

Add Event
It's easy to add an event to your Calendar! Simply click on the "Add Event" link in the left-hand navigation, fill in the required fields
and click "Update". Your event will automatically appear on your Calendar and in a list view in the "All Personal Events" link.

Send Email Invitations
Would you like to send an invitation to guests to let them know of an upcoming event? You can either click on "Send Invitation" in your
left-hand navigation, choose the event and a template, fill in the required fields, and click "Send" - OR - click an event that is displayed
on your calendar and click the button that says "Send Invitation" then simply follow the above instructions!
